SJVN Apprentice Recruitment Notification 2026 Out for 100 Vacancies

SJVN Limited is inviting applications for one-year Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. This recruitment is meant only for candidates who are domicile of Himachal Pradesh. A total of 100 apprenticeship vacancies are available for Graduate, Diploma, and ITI trades in disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology, Electrician, Fitter, Welder, and others. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the SJVN official website (sjvn.nic.in). The online application process started on 26th December 2025 and will close on 15th January 2026.

Eligibility Criteria for SJVN Limited Recruitment

Educational Qualification:

  1. Graduate Apprentices - Full time 4 years Bachelor degree in Engineering in relevant branch, from Institute/ University recognized by AICTE.
  2. Technician (Diploma) Apprentices - Full time 3 years Polytechnical diploma in Engineering in relevant branch, from Institute/ University recognized by AICTE/ Board of Technical Education of State.
  3. Technician (ITI) Apprentices - Matriculation (10th) with relevant ITI trade (NCVT/SCVT).

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 Years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST Candidates - 05 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates - 03 years
  • PwBD Candidates - 10-15 years

Salary for for SJVN Apprentice Recruitment 2026

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend during training:

  • Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 15,000/-per month
  • Diploma Apprentice: Rs. 13,500/- per month
  • ITI Apprentice: Rs. 12,500/- per month
